I dont really know anything about this 230. But I do know that if you are in your house and anyone records you Talking about a Copyrighted Intellectual idea or even the sound of you Fukn, then they post it on the internet it is illegal. Now if your in a public park telling everyone about you Million Dollar idea or again Fukn they have every right to record and take credit. Even make a porno from 2 strangers and there is nothing anyone can do about it. So I guess we just need to treat the internet like a public park. Dont act like a drunk baby raper, so some kinda morals or class. But if you have platforms or people hacking your phones, PC's, Mic's and Webcams in your private home.Then posting that without your consent. They are breaking the law!!!! Dont believe me ask the girls gone wild guy. He has been sued so many times and always won each case.
