"Eveeybody is using Blender and Unity, nobody is using Tero's crapware"
and
"the community isnwasting tons of time dealing with tools that do not deliver proper user interface for the development"
Contrary to tp's fraudulent narratives, here's what actually slowed down the load time:
The game was reading a JSON list that was 10mb in size with around 63,000 entries, containing every item that could possibly purchased in the online space.
the program would read a single byte of the file, count the string length of the entire 10mb file, return the byte of parsed string, move on to the next byte
after each line from the JSON is parsed, it's inserted into an array, but before that, the entry is hashed, and a comparison is made with that hash and a hash made of every single previous entry in the array
Techdirt doesn't want ANY corporations, especially not Facebook / Google to be "burdened" with any notion of duty to The Public. -- Again typically: Techdirt NEVER rails at the surveillance and storing by the biggest FIRST-PARTIES
Did you know?
You could have educated yourself on censorship and the constitution instead of embarassing yourself with such a brain-dead comment, Kent.
Re: Re: Re: Yes, WE KNOW, CORPORATISTS LIED UNTIL GAINED POWER.
Then either you're blind, or a liar.
Because Koby's comment is obvious trolling, filled as it is with those blatant deliberate lies.

Re: Section 230
When you're so completely ignorant you can't even get the name of the law right.
Re: Re:

Are mutually exclusive concepts.

The NCAA's lawyers thought they had winning trademark claims, but it turns out they're shooting blanks.

Wow, you trumpaloons really can't make an equivalence that isn't a false one.

Woody's sockpuppets pretending to be other people.
Re: Section 230 will surely be found Unconstitutional too!
That ignores, of course, the insurmountable hurdle of the nonexistence of such a thing, much less evidence thereof.
